Description:
Iron parts are a good honest dark age patina with some scattered pitting..The brass triggerguard and backstrap retain traces of original silver plating. All serial numbers match including cyl. arbor, wedge and loading lever. The action is crisp and the bore has strong rifling with some rough areas. Grips have an added coat of very old varnish and therer is a 1 inch chip in the right grip at rear edge.  The wedge screw is an old replacement.
