S&W Single Action Second Model fitted with a 3 1/4 inch barrel with short ejector housing, checkered S&W monogramed hard rubber grips, top-break action, spur trigger, nickel finished, and chambered in .38 S&W. This numbers matching (frame to cylinder, top-break latch, barrel, and grips), 5-shot single action revolver, is in very fine original condition, retaining 80-85% of its original nickel finish. The hammer retains 70% of its color case-hardened finish. The grips fit very well and are in fine condition, showing some wear, but no cracks or chips. The bore is shootable with strong rifling, but does have spotting throughout. The action is somewhat tight and the action functions perfectly.
