This is a "new" offering by Aria Ballistic Engineering, Inc. These 410 Shotgun loads are optimized to maximize performance in both handguns (such as the Taurus Judge) as well as long barreled platforms. These two new offerings are part of Aria's "Threat Stop" line of ammunion. These loads can be used as hunting ammo, but is formulated and purpose built as protection ammunitions. Our new Threat Stop 410 line will include a mixed shot load using our standard Threat Stop formula. The second offering will be the only defensive slug in the ammuntion line. The 410 slug is a hardened flat faced "Thug Slug" designed by Ballistic Products LLC. This slug is a 130 grain projectile traveling 1,550 plus FPS out of a 6 inch barrel. This slug will achieve over 2,100 FPS in a 24" barrel shotgun.
Our Threat Stop mixed shot load is 270 grains traveling at 1,400 FPS out of a handgun 4"-6" length barrel. This load is designed for controlled patterning for optimized energy transfer and improved penetration.
