On Hold Sale Pending. This is a good Belgian flintlock cavalry horse pistol circa 1790-1820. Total length 15.5", barrel length 9"s long with a bore of approximately 67-69 caliber and has a brown patina. Pistol has brass regulation period hardware and butt cap with the lanyard loop. Flintlock lock works fine and has a marking stamped into the middle of the llock which I believe is a Belgian mark. The stock is good but has a well done wood piece replaced on the back side (see photos). A great piece of military history.
