Gorgeous Pre 64 Winchester 70 SUPER GRADE in rare .22 hornet caliber! S/N 142*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1950. Overall condition is 98-99% throughout. The 24" Barrel has a minty bore. All mechanical functions are smooth and correct as well. All Super Grade components are genuine and present including Redfield front sight, SG stamped floorplate, SG swivels, etc. All of the unique 22 Hornet inner components are also 100% correct including an "H" marked floor plate. I have personally verified that the chamber remains intact and has never been reamed to a K hornet nor any other caliber. This is an exceptional investment grade firearm in a rare configuration and caliber which would be nearly impossible to improve upon.
