Produced Between November 42 & March 43
Purchased in February 1972.
Depending upon the source? There are between 51 and 60 individual parts that make up the Carbine. And very few if any? Were 100% produced by any one, of the 10 individual contractors. (11 if you count the Commercial Controls Corp?) And, adding to the production complication. There were a “vast number” of sub-contractors. To the best of my knowledge? There are about 20 parts, that should be marked and identified: Rock-Ola. Some are very small. Magazine catches, firing pins, sears, etc. Have photos of most of these. All ROC identified. So, except for the Winchester stock. Based on the knowledgeable inspections from previous disassembles. This Carbine is as close to being identified as a genuine Rock-Ola. With the exception of the Winchester stock. There are no arsanal rebuild markings.
This Carbine is described as accurately as possible. If you determine an issue with any of the above? Please let me know.

The entire collection was professionally removed from wood and inspected for condition. Then cleaned, lubricated and reassembled. By a very experienced Gunsmith. All received a clean bill of health from a condition stand point. Better than appropriate, for the age.
They have only been lightly cleaned and oiled by me. Before and since. The entire collection has never out of a temperature-humidity, controlled environment. Since the purchased date. Most post 1920 guns have been fired by a qualified gunsmith or range master. For reliability, functionality and safety confirmation. I have fired a few. All <200 rounds.
All firearms that are equipped for them have as-issued correct Bayonet and Scabbards, in very good condition. Most have (sure looks like) as issued: Slings, clips and / or removable magazines. And some higher Mag loads, are available. All have the expected stampings and / or cartouches.
Except where noted in the individual listings. There are no reproduction replacement parts in this collection! Some Government Arsenal Reconditions are included. And there are clear markings of this reconditioning. Again, per individual listing.
