Every Farm Kids Dream Gun: Made in 1952 this gun is in overall very good condition. The stock set is exceptional showing almost no sign of use or wear. There is some light frosting on some of the metal surfaces but otherwise no loss of blue. This gun comes with a peiod correct Weaver scope in a side mount. In 1952 these did not come with provision for scope mounting. a few years later the receivers were grooved to accept 22 type scopes but in 52 if you wanted a scope this is how they had to be mounted. The 22 scopes of that era were not terrific: this one is functional but not great and no value is being placed on it .
This would make a terrific Xmas gift for a boy or a girl for for yourself. Usually seen for hundreds more.
