British proof marked New Service model made in 1916. Barrel is 5 1/2"" and marked .455 Eley. The cylinder chambers have been opened up for 45 Long Colt. Bore is excellent. Metal has a gray patina with some blue in protected areas. Grips are stag. Lanyard hole has been plugged. Action works perfectly and locks up tight. ""Good"" overall condition.
