Serial #M249SA06768, 5.56mm NATO, 20 1/2" Standard and 16 1/4 inch Para barrels with excellent, bright bores. This is the commercial, semi-automatic version of the M-249 SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) that fires from a closed bolt, and features a dual-feed system that works with either linked belts or STANAG magazines. The rifle features an integral folding bipod, iron sights on both barrels, and a Picatinny optical sight rail on the top cover. This is a complete set that has both OEM barrels, both OEM fixed and telescoping Para buttstocks. The metal and plastic furniture exhibit virtually no evidence of use, and the gun appears to have been test-fired only. The gun is housed in a Case Club lockable hard case and comes with: OEM 200 rd. linked ammunition box, small metal and nylon brass-catcher, one plastic and one aluminum 30 rd. AR-15 magazines (the aluminum magazine is somewhat difficult to remove when inserted), two yellow plastic disassembly blocks, a small plastic accessory/tool container, an original FN container of approximately 100 links and two stripper clip guides, and the original manual. This is a spectacular opportunity to buy a highly desirable, discontinued M-249S that is practically unused, and is essentially two guns in one: the Standard and Para versions using all original FN components.
