Manufactured in the late '30s, this is a tastefully upgraded Beretta S2: Bill Mains expertly executed the gold wire work and blued the receiver on this seven pin sidelock, factory scroll and floral engraving pattern, matted tapered solid game rib with dual beads, nicely figured straight grip stock with a rounded fluted forearm and flor-de-lis checkering, double trigger, manual safety, cross bolt locking system, ejectors. The stock measures 1 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 14 3/4" over a black Pachmayr Old English recoil pad. Weight is 7 pounds 3 ounces. The barrels mic out at .724" - .720" in the bottom barrel and .725" - 686" in the top barrel.
