WW2 RUSSIAN SOVIET MOSIN NAGANT 1891 OR M91/38 7.62X54R RIFLE DATED 1943 BY IZHEVSK W/ BAYONET. 48 1/2" overall with 28 3/4" round barrel(bore and deep rifling good for one of these". Stock has Soviet "PCFCP" round stamp on right side along with Izhevsk (post '38)receiver ring address with "1943" date. Serial numbers on receiver match buttplate but not floorplate and no number on turned down sniper style bolt handle(although provisional black powder proof at shank). Original finish on all metal parts with NO refinishing. Correct sights. Sling hole finials and NO import marks whatsoever. Functions as it should. With bayonet. Wood has never been sanded nor lacquered so all of it’s original battle character with cosmoline in recesses from proper storage.
