WW2 GERMAN WALTHER K43 OR K-43 AC45 or AC/45 CODE SEMI-AUTO 8MM MAUSER RIFLE. Serial number on receiver matches to bolt latch along with 'WAa359" code as well as other parts. Replacement laminate stock with no markings. Missing buttplate, magazine and front sight hood but has cleaning rod. Has original scope rail on right side. Works as it should. Fair bore with deep rifling. The German "Garand" that was in too few in numbers and too late in the war to make a difference. This one does not have the bolt hold latch that makes it very late 1944/45 as a it was one of the process steps dropped in order to expedite manufacure(hence the rough cast appearance to outside of receiver. See "Hitler's Garands…" by Weaver(Collector Grade Publications).
