Description:
1927 Lefever 20 ga single barrel, hammerless Long Range Field & Trap shotgun. She is an ejector gun. All numbers match. Looks to be in largely original condition. (Some honest hunting scratches, and a small chip out of the top of the butt, I had my gunsmith repair a chip out of the original black butt plate. I also had him glass the insides of the stock where they meet the receiver. Given her age, I wanted to strengthen that area before I used her. It can't be seen, but is good insurance in an older shotgun) Very good condition given her age. Mirror bore. She has been hunted, but lovingly maintained. Modified choke in a 24.5" length barrel. 14" LOP to the center of the butt plate. I've used her for skeet, trap and bobwhite quail hunting. Barrel is snug and on face. Lever sits in the middle. Forearm snaps on with authority and is very secure. Beautiful, trim, lightweight little package of a single barrel, she weighs 5.89 pounds (94.36 ounces).
