Description:
24 inch octagon barrel and full length magazine tube. Correct sights. Nice bore that could use a good cleaning. Original sling swivels and a brass forend cap as well as brass buttplate. Barrel and mag have good traces of blue in protected areas. Wood shows some use but still has good finish. Brass receiver has turned a beautiful dark patina. This is an early top notch 1866 rifle.
