Colt Detective Special (Second Issue (which were made from 1947 to 1972)) fitted with a 2 inch barrel, checkered Coltwood (plastic) grips, is blue finished, and chambered in .32 New Police (.32 S&W Long). This 1949 vintage Detective Special is in excellent original condition, retaining 99% original blue finish, appearing to having been fired very little. The bore looks as new and the action functions the same. The attractive grips fit very well , with no cracks or chips. Comes with a Colt Box along with a Colt Shooting Suggestions pamphlet.
