Description:
L.C.Smith 16 gauge O grade with ejectors. Built in 1909,this gun has a good set of 26" damascus barrels choked cylinder and IC (.005"). The barrels have bright bores and are free of any rust,pits,or dents. The wall thickness is excellent with a minimum of .030" and .070" in front of the chambers. The barrels are on face and lock up tightly to the action. This gun would make a great grouse or woodcock gun or a perfect gun for preserve shooting. The action retains around 40% of the original case colros and the barrels retains 90% of the damascus pattern. The stock is sounc and free of any cracks or damage. The stock has a 131/2"LOP and is original. These early guns are rare with ejectors in the lower grades. This is a gun you can put into your collection and still use and enjoy. C&R eligible.
