Description:
The Model 70 Super Shadow won the NRA Golden Bullseye "Rifle of the Year" award in 2005. The Winchester Super Short Magnum was introduced in 2003 using the .300 WSM case shortened and necked down to accept the .243in/6mm diameter bullet. This cartridge is only periodically manufactured now as discontinued ammunition. It generally gives a 10% increase in velocity over the .243 Win. .243 Winchester
