Colt .45 caliber single action Peacemaker revolver. Serial #57020 matching, manufactured in 1880. Colt Peacemaker revolver in very good condition overall. Metal overall is a smooth, light grey patina with no pitting.. Clear 3-line patent dates on left side of frame. Mostly visible 2-line barrel address "COLT'S PT. F. A. MFG. CO. / HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.". 4 3/4" barrel. The bore is very good+. The mechanics are excellent, very crisp action. The ejector head is an old replacement. The wood grips are 2-piece with a pearl inlay on both sides. A classic handgun of the Old West.
