Gun retains all of its original factory blue finish, without any thinning or loss on the high edges, and not even a turn line on the cylinder. Sides of the hammer are perfect as well, bright white with no trace of any staining. Original oversized wood grips are equally pristine, with sharp checkering and no chips, cracks, or handling marks. Bore and chambers are spotless and bright, as is the cylinder face. This is just about as nice of a 3rd Model Detective Special that you're likely to find!
