Description:
This Colt was produced in 1910. The pistol's serial number is 316342. It has the standard 6 inch barrel. The original hard rubber grips are serial numbered to the pistol. The bore and chambers are in minty condition. This Colt shows very little use or being fired. The nitre blued parts retain almost all of the original high polish finish! The original high polish charcoal finish would rate a 98% and better condition! This is a really stunning early Colt! The original box is serial numbered to this pistol. The box is in very fine condition. The corners are intact with no separation. The label is intact and clear to read. There is also a I.D. card with this box that states It is for Edd R. Freeman Born 8/3/ 03 Color W  Weight 200  Height 6 ft 1/4 inch  Eyes Grey-Brown  Hair Brown  Retired State Police Officer Now a Probation Officer  From Wexford County Michigan, Also has his thumb print.  This Is a very early Army Model Colt in near new condition with the original box and a I.D. card possibly from one of the original owners.
