Description:
Early Marlin 1893 born in 1894. 38-55 in octagon barrel at 24" with original sight, although sight insert is missing, but still has elevator. I would rate the bore a 5, defiantly shoot able as rifling is prominent. Wood is in fine condition, better than metal. Serial # on the crescent butt plate is 244303 so stock might not be original to gun. Since it was made in 1894 can go directly to you without ffl.
