Description:
This is a beautiful Browning Superposed Continental Set for sale chambered in 20 Gauge and 30-06 caliber. This is a 2 Barrel set with a high grade American Walnut stock, English style grip, slender forearms with Schnabel, single selective gold plated trigger, and a manual safety.
The stock is in excellent shape with no signs of any dings on the wood. The bluing on both sets of barrels is in near perfect condtion.
The 2 interchangeable barrels are fitted to a specially constructed Superposed frame.
The 20 Gauge barrels have a raised ventilated rib with a white bead. The 30-06 24” bbl has a folding rear sight and gold bead ramp front sight.
The left side of both barrel sets are marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.” and the shotgun barrels are followed by “MADE IN BELGIUM”. The right side of the rifle barrels are marked “MADE IN BELGIUM 30.06 CALIBER ONLY”.
The right side of the shotgun barrels are marked “BROWNING SUPERPOSED / SPECIAL STEEL 20 GA SHELLS 3? / BROWNING PATENTS”.
Comes in its original Browning luggage case, completely made in Belgium.
