Super clean late Series 581 Mini-14 Stainless Ranch .223/5.56 cal. Carbine (made 2009-2010). The improved model has a heavier barrel and improved sights coupled with much improved tolerances for the gas system fcompared to the older guns. They successfully addressed many issues concerning accuracy of the old rifles. This is the best of the best. It remains the simple robust platform as always. This is the desirable wood stock stainless model. Folks are hanging on to them these days for a reason. A solid shooter and fantastic investment. Rifle is top condition for a used rifle with ow round count, one owner I knew, and only minimal handling marks on wood. Bore and metal finish is excellent. It has the factory scope bases formed into the receiver and factory sling swivels. It comes with one factory 10-shot Ruger magazine. Shipping charge will be $25 to lower 48 states.
