Here's the cream of the crop in 9422's !
Built in 1972, first year of production.( at the startup the finest work and materials was done)
For certain , this gun has very beautiful wood. Best I've seen on a 9422 non deluxe.
The wood and metal finish are spectacular. My eye sees no blemish!
The interior shows virtually no sign of use. Previous owner said it was never in rhe hunting field.
I've owned this gun for many years and it's been in a humidity controlled room all
that time.
The action isn't only smooth ,it's very quiet!
Bottom line, I call it Mint,Mint! ( If I keep on writing how good this gun is I'll end up
keeping it)
My dad did just that. Came home from a hunt mad at his bird dog. Wrote up an add , pointing out all the
good about the dog. Had mom read it back to him. Said ,darn, I can't sell a dog that good! Yep, he kept it.
