Description:
Nice, 100% pure, Dallas, TX shipped Colt Single Action Army revolver. Colts shipped to Dallas are much more scarce than shipments to Austin, San Antonio, Houston and even Ft. Worth. The serial number 307851 matches on the frame, triggerguard and backstrap. It is confirmed by the Colt Archive letter as a .45 caliber, 5 1/2" barrel, blue finish with stocks not listed that was shipped to Mosley Sporting Goods in Dallas, TX April 6, 1909 in a shipment of 2 guns. All of the factory applied markings are clear and crisp. The action functions perfectly and the bore is very good. The grips fit perfectly and are the correct, original, factory grips. There are traces of blue finish remaining in protected areas with traces of case colors in protected areas too. The screws are good and the front sight is full. This is a good, untouched Colt that was Texas shipped. Price includes insurance and shipping to your FFL dealer or C&R holder in the continental United States where legal.
