This is a rare find. Termed the "poor man's Model 70", this is the deluxe edition with upgrade wood and checkering. It is in nice shape and chambered in .22 Hornet, a relatively quiet predator cartridge for semi-rural pest control. .22 Hornet

Metal Condition: Very good. There is some very shallow corrosion along the right side of the barrel.
Wood Condition: Very good to excellent. There are a couple of patches of "rack rash" on the stock.
