WW2 GERMAN WALTHER G-43 OR G43 AC/44 SEMI AUTO 8MM RIFLE. Early 1944 pre D-Day production with serial number in the 2xxx range with no production. Matching bolt and receiver with the latter stamped on the left side with double Nazi Ordnance Waffenampts and “G 43 2XXX m ac 44”. Original G.I. bring back with stock having a nicely repaired sea bag cut on the forend attesting to its being a true wartime trophy. All original with the original patinated blue. Stock and matching handguard sanded and refinished at time of forend sea bag repair. Working order and very nice bore. Original magazine and sling. Very nice looking G-43.
