Description:
Here is a very nice and unmolested Pre War Winchester 70 in highly popular .270 caliber. S/N 49*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1942. Overall condition is about 95% with some honest light handling and wear, but no distracting cracks, gouges, etc. There are no extra holes drilled or filled, and both mechanical function and bore condition are outstanding. A very solid and unaltered rifle which is becoming quite difficult to find.
