Description:
This 1944 dated Duv produced Gewehr 43 in 8x57mm has a 22” blued tapered round barrel mounted with a driftable front sight protected by a hood and an elevation adjustable rear. The bore is in good condition. The laminate stock featuring a steel buttplate with a trap door for a cleaning kit and handguard are in good condition with the exception of some scratches and usage dents. All Waffen marks on the metal surfaces and buttstock are clearly visible. Please Note: The rifle stock is non-matching to the gun and both screws on the trigger guard assembly and buttplate are not original. The rifle comes with two 10 round magazines, an oiler housed in the buttstock and an after-market leather sling. Length of pull is 13-1/2”, overall length is 44”, weight is 9 lbs.
