KOLB New Model “BABY HAMMERLESS”.22 Short Revolver with Mother of Pearl Grips.
A New Model Kolb “BABY HAMMERLESS MODEL 1910” .22 Short Revolver, made circa the 1920s in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
An exceptional example of this tiny .22 short revolver: features mother of pearl grips and a nickel finish. The hammer is enclosed and the trigger folds up. Condition is excellent. The nickel finish is about 100% - it is bright and shiny with no noticeable scratches, corrosion or rust. All external screws are undamaged and tight. The markings are highly legible - double stamped patent number on top of reciever. The mother of pearl grips are in excellent shape with no cracks or damage. The bore looks to be in excellent condition. The action is fully functional. This Kolb pistol is in excellent condition and was aquired by a Montana US Marshall in the mid or early 1900's.
It has a cylinder that is removeable from the side of the frame. It is removed by pulling forward on the cylinder.
