Description:
I picked this rifle up in a trade towards one of my African rifles, but don't have much use for a long-range rig like this. This is a GAP rifle built on a Remington 700 S series receiver, with a KRG Whiskey 3 fully adjustable stock in FDE, Timney trigger, Picatinney receiver rail, 10 round detachable magazine, and a heavy barrel chambered in 300 WSM. The rifle was originally set up with a silencer/moderator, but that was removed and replaced with a SureFire Muzzlebrake. The rifle weighs a tad over 9 lbs as shown, and barrel length is 26".
There are some rub marks in the Ceracote OD finish, primarily on the receiver. I was going to polish down the finish and respray and bake with a new Gun-Kote finish, but I'll just sell it as is with a reduced price. You can get into this GAP precision rifle for well less than half the cost of a new one.
I have 41 rounds of premium 300 WSM ammunition and 22 1X brass I'll add in, as I don't have another rifle in this caliber.
