Absolutely stone mint, this 6" Model 28 Highway Patrolman revolver was supposedly fired 2 cylinders, then cleaned and put away. No blue wear at all, very light turn ring. Comes with the original numbered box, papers, manuals, inserts and cleaning kit. All in perfect condition. Very, very difficult to upgrade this one. $40 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
