Description: Sale Pending !! This Browning "Safari' cal 22-250 Sako action  (Finland) was Mfg abt 1966. It is in very good condition w/a Beautiful "FN " Light burled Walnut ' stock & forearm. There are some very light handling marks forward of the drop plate and on the edge of the pistol grip. I would rate this Brn gunstock as a 90-92 %. The Gun bluing  is excellent or abt 98%.. The guns chamber is very clean and the magazine plate shows minimum usage The receiver is excellent w/3 sets of double factory scope screws. The bolt is a shiney bright steeel and also excellent. The trigger housing is a gold inlaid engraving w/ only very slight edge wear and the very desired trip drop plate button. The  magazine drop plate shows a nice gold etching and abt 95%. The bore is a mirror  w/a very distinct twist.. These Safari's in this caliber are tackdrivers. This Browning Safari has the very desired "Pencil BarreL - 22".This Browning to me would make an excellent choice for both the mid - range collector and as a hunting & range firearm. This is the medium Sako action. Tis Browning Safari w/Sako medium in caliber 22-250 to me rates an "NRA" Very Good to Excellent !
