Description:
This beautiful Browning Superposed shotgun is presented in a case that complements the condition of this fine Shotgun. The gun is in Exc. unfired condition with only the slightest tiny dents on the right side of the stock above the trigger.
It is noticeably light weight at only 5 lbs. 14 oz.
A letter from the Browning Historian will accompany the Shotgun. The letter describes serial number 823PM01258 as a “Browning, B-1-M Hunting Model, 20 Gauge, Superposed Shotgun. It came with 26” barrels choked Improved Cylinder and Improved Modified. This shotgun was made in Belgium.” According to our records, this shotgun was sold for $1612.90 on July 28, 1983 to: Jaqua’s Fine Guns, Findlay Ohio.”

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed. I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING:
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Shotgun is $75.00.

FIREARMS:
Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address. Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
