Description:
This is a consecutive set of Colt 2nd Generation SAAs. The are currently .45 Colts. They left the factory in 1963 as a consectutive set chambered in .357 Magnum with 5 1/2'' barrels. They also left the factory with nickel finish. They have been together since new. At some point they were returned to the factory to be converted into .45 Colts with 7 1/2'' barrels. They have factory serial number stampings on the new cylinders. They do not appear to have been fired since the conversion took place as there is no powder burn or signs of cleaning on the cylinders. The nickel finish remains bright throughout. There is only light and superficial handling with no dulling, webbing, high edge wear, or flaking. All 4 clicks are crisp. The bore is bright and shiny. It left the factory with the woood grips that are on the pair. They also remain in excellent condition. These include correct and authentic black boxed with all of the paperwork.
