<<<<<SOLD>>>>>Seen ,and had many of these over the years , however never seen one like this percussion cane/walking sr]rick muzzleloader, The barrel would un-screw and load a percussion cap. I haven;t been able to unscrew the barrel by hand and won;t use forec or a wrench . The solid Brass ring-pull also serves as a rear sight with the raised finger, pulls back and locks, and this is a hair trigger mechanism., as the trigger drops down. The tigger realases the ringed/hammer The muzzle measures about .520" and is smooth bore, This should not be fired as I don;t know the condition of the breech plug! No name, , proofs or serial numbers and most likely is American made. The handle is unknown hardwood painted black with nicer quality mahogeny panle inserts, Gun is solid and the bore as far down as I can see is dark corroded metal with patches of rust. Overall length is about 33 3/4, without the brass ring pull , amd the battrl is about. 27" .An interesting conversation piece for your collection. The barrel appears to be a damascus type. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
