Description:
The Asprey company was founded in 1781, early on, entering into several different enterprises. In 1847 they began producing luxury items. They were appointed goldsmiths, silversmiths, and jewelry makers to H. R. The Queen, H. R. M., The Prince of Wales, and jewelry maker to the Queen Mother by the Crown. From 1983 to 1989, they produced their first presentation firearms based upon firearms built by other makers. In 1989, they began production of sporting shotguns, double rifles, and bolt action rifles using their own craftsman. All of these firearms are of superior quality, superbly engraved and inlaid with gamebirds and animals.
