Colt New Navy Civilian .38 Caliber revolver. Variation of the 1892 revolver. Grips are the Civilian “Colt" Rampant and 1892 date. Serial #68707. Note the barrel has an 1888 patent date and is marked RAC on the bottom with tiny numbers 1915. The barrel markings are lightly stamped. We assume that this barrel was a leftover part from an earlier period put on this revolver to use up extra parts as was done on Colt guns from time to time. The nickel finish is 98-99% and is factory original as is the barrel. Grips are perfect.
