Description:
Up for sale is an early 1942 Remington Rand 1911a1 in 45 acp. Early first slide logo, colt "G" marked barrel, upside down ordance mark. FJA mark, milled trigger. Over all condition is fair with finish loss. Functions flawlessly and was used to shoot turtles until it was put up holstered. I suspect this is one of the first 500 made.
