Description:
This early Model 1893 has a 26" barrel with good bore and full magazine tube. Rear sight is a Buckhorn with elevator and has an old repair. Front sight is Blade type with brass insert.Top barrel markings only have two patent dates, (1887 & 1889) missing the August 1 1893 due to early manufacture date. The upper tang also is not marked Model 1893. Someone tried to clean a spot on left side of receiver see photo. Stock and forend are in good shape with no cracks. This rifle was made in 1893 and will not require FFL for shipping..
