(1924 - 2003) Oil on canvas; 14" x 20". Original painting from the archives of Shaw-Barton (Calendar) Co. One of ten used for a greeting card series in 1968. Charles McCurry was a member of the Watercolor Society and Who's Who in American Art. His work is exhibited in the United States and Europe including the National Academy of Art, Ringling Museum (1953-4, prize), De Sota Museum (1954, prize); murals in private clubs and homes; magazine and book illustrations.
