1948 model 12 Skeet Gun with Factory Cutts compensator (notice no choke markings and forged lug).
I have included a picture from the book "The Winchester Model Twelve" written by George Madis which includes a picture and description of a similar gun.
The shotgun has excellent bluing throughout with some mottling showing on the receiver (see pics). There are a couple nicks and scratches in the wood but overall very nice for a gun from 1948. I have included many pictures of the entire gun, please look through them carefully and ask me any questions you may have. I will be more than happy to provide more pictures or information upon request
