Bill Bagwell Combat Bowie, 9-7/8-inch carbon steel blade made in June 1986 when Bagwell resided in Marietta,Texas. The sharpest Bagwell's I've ever own. This is a superlative combat/defensive weapon as only Bagwell can do with amazing handling capabilities which are unmatched in today's field of custom Bowie knives. The "feel" ,"Power", Strength", "Toughness", "Balance" it's all in there in this rare knife bearing the Master Smith stamp (MS). Overall length is 14-7/8" with a true hefty stag handle length as it should be; not a tiny, too short, slim handle as seen in most Bowie made today. The shape of the stag handle is the most perfect you'll ever see with the "right" drop on it. Can't get better than that today. Comes with the 1983 rarely seen original Bagwell catalog, and the oBagwell leather sheath with stud. An exceptional collector's piece of the highest quality. I ask you: Is there any better?
