"Made in 1868. This was a 50-70 Musket that has had a modern octagonal barrel added and the stock altered with a pewter forend tip. The barrel has a 28" octagonal barrel in 50-70 caliber. The parts of this gun are composites off of different model trapdoors. Wood is good as altered and still has a sharp “ESA" cartouche. Bore is excellent
