Description:
Listing a pretty hard to come by carbine here. Colt saddle ring , serial number 26929 making year of Mfg 1886. caliber 32/20, sports the standard 20" carbine round barrel, open rear sight and a tang mounted peep sight.the Rampant Colt image is barley visible on left side . I aquired this rifle a good number of years ago and shot it, functions and shoots fine, the dust cover and magazine tube are more blue , I'm guessing they were replaced at one time, takes nothing away from this little carbine. I've owned several carbines in 44/40 none in 38/40 and believe this is the only 32/20 carbine I've ever seen. The wood is all original , these carbine forearms had a little pattern around the edge not checkered like the rifles forearms. Maybe I'm wrong but that's my experience with them. I'm asking $3250.You can call or text me at 920-590-3400 or email. I'll insure and ship in purchase price. She's an antique but still prefer shipping to your C&R or a FFL near you.I'll refund the money after three days inspection less shipping, no firing or dismantling. Was told the other day a fella got his rifle back minus a couple parts , imagine that ?
> well have a fine day
