Description:
Winchester 1873 22 short. Receiver, but plate,hammer and forend metal all re color case hardened. The octogon barrel and blue metal also re-done with deep original numbers and letters easily readable. All the screws are excellent, either re done or re placed. Barrel liner installed but stoped short og the end of the 24 inch barrel. The wood was re done and more than usable but could use relpacements to make this look excellent. I do not know these gun well and could not figure out quite how to load the feeding sleeve. As all older guns have this one checked over by your local qualified gun smith. Shipping is $79.00 insured and sold as is.
