"Made in 1848. 44 caliber with a 7 ½" barrel. Very good example of a 1sty Model Dragoon with a smooth even light brown to gray patina. Barrel on the left hand side has fine pin point pitting. Cylinder scene is very good. Grips are dark with 15%-20% of the original varnish. Action works properly. Numbers all matching.
