These rifles were made in Italy by V. Bernardelli (not the lesser known relative) in 2000 for boar hunting in Europe and were never imported to the US, someone got this one accross the pond. I bought it with a collection in 2005 and it remains unfired till this day. The rifle is as new in the box, Chambered in the readily available 9.3x74R is capable of handling all the game in the US and most of the game world wide. It sports a beautiful piece of wood and the receiver is hand engraved and signed.
