Description:
I have used this mould with various .68 caliber 2 and 3 band smoothbore muskets I have previously owned. The mould is in excellent working condition and for me at least has cast a beautiful round ball with minimal to no sprue, dipping from an open top electric foundry loaded with pure lead. Once mated with the proper powder load and lube, I have always experienced consistency with this round ball’s loading and accuracy. The mould includes handles so you will not have to invest separately in those. (I see these days those are running $49 apiece on line). My price is $100, which includes the cost of shipping by priority USPS package.
