Remington 1858 New Model Army in .44. Nice well used pistol with inspector initials throughout the gun. Serial number 75801 matches barrel and backstrap.
Nice honest patina with period initials and repairs in grips. Action is solid. Cylinder rotates properly at half cock and locks up tight on full cock.
I dont take this gun apart or remove cylinder. Bore looks very good from what I can see with a light.
